Our newest offering for guests is a charming home located in the beautiful Latham Park area. Located just 7 minutes from the hospital, great shopping at Friendly Center, amazing local food, grocery stores, and UNCG! The decor inside is modern and slightly resembles a modern farmhouse style. All of the bedding was carefully chosen after testing 5 different duvets/comforters and sheets. The goal was to find the most comfortable bedding and we think we’ve nailed it! You’ll have access to the entire main house. The backyard has a garage that is off-limits to guests. We are ALWAYS available by phone, text, or Airbnb message. We have 2 full-time weekday staff members named Chris and Hailey, as well as 1 part-time staff member, Meredith, who assists us with everything from operations to admin. We keep a team-focused attitude to ensure all guests are treated like we would hope to be treated when traveling. This impactful detail keeps us focused on guests first and foremost. This property is in a neighborhood that is very desired to live in due to how peaceful and family-oriented it is. It’s one of the safer neighborhoods to live in. Lyft or Uber are great options.
House rules:
-Smoking of anything inside will result in guests being charged an ADDITIONAL $250 deep clean fee. -NO glitter bombs, streamers, or tinsel allowed! These items are incredibly hard to clean up so future guests don’t have negative experiences. – No parties, “get-togethers”, family reunions, baby showers, etc are allowed. – We’ve experienced a giant increase in guests booking to break house rules and as a result, have damaged things costing us tens of thousands. Please treat our property as you would your own. PLEASE ADVISE: Should any house party take place, we will defer to the police and use them to assist us in removing everyone from the home without warning and without a refund.
